TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WHEELWORKS B2B WEBSITE

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Wheelworks B2B service and website. By visiting the Wheelworks B2B website you accept, and agree to, the content of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Terms of Service

When you place an order via our B2B website we will treat that action as an offer to buy. Once the order is placed you will receive confirmation in the form of an email and at this time we enter into a contract with you.

Product Specifications and Suitability

Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time. Wheelworks shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability (or otherwise) of any part/s required for the repair of an item. If you have ordered an item that has an unsuitable product description we will remedy this by providing you a full refund upon the return of the item in resaleable condition.

We encourage you to ensure all spare parts are fitted by a competent person in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Wheelworks cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the fitting of a spare part.

Please ensure that you have read your warranty conditions before attempting to install a part or otherwise repair an item. Wheelworks cannot be held responsible if the item is damaged or your warranty is voided. Some manufacturer guarantees may be on condition that you use a qualified cycle technician.

Whilst we ensure all details and descriptions on the website are accurate, colour descriptions are a representation only. The reproduction of colour is as accurate as the photographic and production process will reasonably allow and we have made every effort to display an accurate representation of each product's colour. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect the colour of the product that's delivered to you.

Custom products, such as custom built wheels or spoke cutting, are products made or modified to order.

 

Availability / Estimated Delivery Times

We will notify you by email when your order has been despatched.
We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavour to despatch all parts within 2 working days. If there is a delay, we will inform you of this via email and the product will be despatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately.

Wheelworks has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time prior to despatch.

Custom products do not have a standard lead time. Expected Despatch Timings will be provided as part of Order Confirmation.

Occasionally we find ourselves having to withdraw an item because it has become obsolete or has been discontinued. If you have placed an order for an item that has been made obsolete we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative if one is available.

Shipping Method and Cost

B2B purchases are subject to additional freight charges and will be shown on your Order.

Delivery to any destination in New Zealand will be by tracked courier. The estimated time of arrival for your order once despatched is 1-2 working days.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

All deliveries will not require a signature unless specifically stated by you.

Payment

Payment can be made via our secure check out pages using Visa or Mastercard. EFT payments (such as a bank transfer) are also an option, as well as Credit Terms for Approved customers. Card charges will appear on your statement as "Wheelworks".

All B2B prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) and exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST). This will be added to your order at current New Zealand rates.

Due to the nature of the clearing system, credit card payments will be taken at the point of processing. If a problem in supply should occur, your payment method will be refunded as swiftly as possible. The refund may take a couple of days to show as cleared funds on your account, depending on payment provider.

If there is an error in pricing online, in a product description, name or product image, Wheelworks reserves the right to contact the customer and make the appropriate changes to the order. If an alternative option is not agreed upon with the customer, the order will be cancelled and the amount paid refunded. Wheelworks will not process any orders where there are pricing errors.

Cancellations

Orders for Custom Products may be cancelled by the customer at any time until Order Confirmation, by calling or emailing.
Orders for all other items may be cancelled by the customer at any time before they are despatched, by calling or emailing. If the item has already been despatched then please see our Returns Policy.

In the unlikely event that goods or services ordered are no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to have been placed fraudulently.

Returns

You have the right to return non-custom items for a replacement or credit note within 30 days of despatch, or a refund less 20% restocking fee. Refer to our Returns Policy for full information.

Custom Products cannot be returned.

Liability

We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims.

We will do our best to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being despatched.

Privacy, Copyright and Disclaimer

We will never sell or pass on your name and address to any other organisation without your consent. Your details are confidential and you will never receive unsolicited mail as a result of ordering from Wheelworks.

Wheelworks maintains a strict Privacy Policy in full accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We expect you to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password for your Wheelworks account.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

Governed Law

Wheelworks Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with New Zealand Law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
